We are looking for a housemate to share a rustic wooden house located in a quiet garden area. The property features large, old trees providing ample shade, though there are quite a few fallen leaves. The total usable area is 200m², comprising a house with approximately 120m² of floor space and a small 100m² garden suitable for BBQs or growing vegetables. The house includes a convenient vintage kitchen, a living/dining area where you can sit with friends, and a fireplace for cold days to roast pizza and enjoy tea or coffee. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 1 bathroom, making it suitable for a family of 4–6 people, a group of friends working remotely, or someone looking to live there while offering yoga or meditation classes. There is also a reading corner, a tea meditation space, and a play area for children, or you can arrange the space as you like. If you wish to make changes to make the house your own, we are open to discussing this. A washing machine and dryer are available. There is a small family-run garden café in front of the house.
