Location: 10 minutes to Mỹ Khê beach and the bar street. Quiet dead end, calm neighbors. 3 minutes to the market, WinMart and pharmacies. Terms: 17,000,000 VND per month. Deposit: 1 month. Payment every 2 months. Utilities are small. Contract until the end of February, with an option to extend. We would be grateful for a repost.
