I am subletting a one-bedroom apartment. Located in the central area by the river, so tourists will rarely come here. 10 minutes' walk to the beach, 15 minutes' walk to the center. Contract term until 01.02.27. Rent is 10 million VND per month. Deposit of one month; I accept transfers in rubles. Utilities: 100,000 VND - cold water 100,000 VND - internet (300 Mbps) 100,000 VND - cleaning once a week 4,500 VND per kWh of electricity. My total utility bills never exceeded 600,000 VND per month. Viewing by arrangement; move-in possible from the last days of October.
