We are looking for a new tenant for our 2-bedroom apartment in Vista Residence, Da Nang. The reason for moving is purely family-related: the area turned out to be inconvenient for stroller walks with our small child. We really like the apartment itself. The apartment is spacious, located on the 17th floor, with a beautiful view of the river. From the balcony, you can also see a large, well-maintained park with a lake on the right. This was one of the important advantages for us when choosing the apartment.
