Apartment with pool in Da Nang, 13 million VND/month

I am re-renting an apartment in Da Nang. 13,000,000 VND per month. The building is new; we have lived here for a month and a half, and all appliances are new. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and dishes. The building has a pool, gym equipment and a treadmill, and a rooftop rest area with a nice view. Moving out planned between 15 and 20 November. Photos on request by private message.
