Apartment for Sublease, 7 Million VND

Hi, I'm leaving Vietnam and need to sublet my apartment. The contract runs until January 3 (a new contract is signed for six months). Free internet, electricity 4,000 VND per kWh. A quiet, nice apartment in a calm area, 5 minutes by scooter to Mega Market and 10 minutes to Lotte. Rent is 7 million VND, deposit 7 million VND.
