Apartment, FPT area

Urgent re-let of a new apartment for 6.3 million VND! Due to an urgent departure, I am looking for new tenants for my apartment in a quiet FPT area, near the Marble Mountains. The building is brand new, no one has lived here before, I have lived here only 2 months. The apartment is spacious, with everything needed for comfortable living: balcony, washing machine, microwave, large wardrobes, double bed. Mian is 15 minutes by motorbike. Small dog is allowed. Rent 6.3 million VND, utilities up to 1 million VND per month. You can move in right away. When moving in, only the deposit and half a month are paid. No commissions or hidden fees. I am transferring the contract until July; the price is fixed and will not increase.
