Apartment near Mega Mart

Hi, I'm leaving Vietnam and passing on my apartment. The contract runs until 3 January (the new one is signed for half a year), free internet, electricity 4000/kW. A good quiet apartment in a calm area, 5 minutes by scooter to Mega Mart, 10 minutes to Lotte. Rent 7 million. I'll get the deposit back and split it with you 50/50 to recover something 😅 I think it's a deal of the century.
