Hello everyone, I'm subletting an apartment at XOCA Home from 11 October. Very comfortable and cozy. Brand new, I haven't even lived in it; I rented it for an office but I'm moving out. 3rd floor. Price: 10 million VND. Paid up until 14 December. I'll give up the remaining 2 months for 8 million VND. Location: Da Nang.
