Hi from Da Nang! I am subletting an apartment. Contract until 1 November. You can move in from 9 to 12 October. Monthly payment 11 million, deposit 11 million. After the contract ends, you can extend for any term starting from 2 months. Great location. Quiet, no karaoke under the window. All furniture is new. No mold, no stains. Message me privately.
