Apartment for rent in Da Nang, 6 million dong a month

I am subletting an apartment. Rent 6 million dong a month, deposit 6 million dong. The apartment is new; the first owner has lived in it only a month or a month and a half. Contract: 1 month (15.11 to 15.12), then it extends for 3, 6 or 12 months, or you can sublet it the same way. The view from the roof is great, and you can do workouts there too. The sea is 7 minutes away by motorbike. Coordinates: 16°00’46.4»N 108°13’23.9»E
