Apartment near Dragon Bridge

I am transferring my apartment lease. It is my dream apartment, the renovation is a real delight. Anyone who knows the rental market in Vietnam will understand. Everything in the apartment is new: TV, washing machine, fridge, kettle, water heaters, plenty of cabinets. Air conditioner in the bedroom. Warm lighting in the kitchen and bathroom, a good kitchen space. About the apartment: - Only one apartment per floor, neighbours only below. - 4 floors, has an elevator, the apartment is on the 4th floor. - On the floor there is access to a veranda where you can dry laundry. - Quiet building and a reasonable landlady who solves all issues quickly. The location is great, right next to Dragon Bridge. Terms: - Rent 13 million VND per month plus utilities. - Deposit 13 million VND. - Utilities come to about 1.5 million VND per month (the air conditioner runs non-stop, I often use the water heaters, do laundry and cook). My contract ends 9 January, I am transferring the apartment because I am moving away. I can vacate the apartment on the evening of 20 November. I will be glad to pass it on to good hands.
