Studio with Sea View

I am re-letting the studio for 8,500,000 because my circumstances have changed. Some new items remain in the studio, which I bought thinking I would live there longer. The contract runs until March; if needed, it can also be re-let. The house is new, the apartment is fresh, without any smell of damp. Sea view. The house is near a golf course and not far from the Marble Mountains. It is 15 minutes on foot to the beach. The beach is quiet and not crowded.
