Studio apartment in An Hải

I am subletting a studio apartment in the An Hải area. Available from 19 October. 9 million VND/month. Deposit is the same. The contract runs for 3 more months, with an option to extend. There are lots of cafés and small restaurants around. The sea is about a 10-minute walk, and the river is on the other side, even closer. The Dragon Bridge is also about 10 minutes away by map, downstream. The apartment has everything for comfortable living: - microwave - fridge - air conditioner - kettle - stove - water heater - washing machine There is Wi-Fi, and it is also possible to connect a wired internet connection up to 1 Gbit/s. The shower is separated by a partition. The windows run along one side, floor to ceiling and wall to wall, so there is a lot of daylight during the day. If you do not need it, blackout curtains are available. The sun does not shine directly into the windows; it passes over the top, so the apartment will not be hot. The street is quiet, few cars pass, and I have never heard horns. Viewing is possible at any time, just write in advance.
