Good-quality studio. Decent shower, good kitchen, excellent fridge and the latest-model TV.
The landlady is very helpful and assists with everything (I think you can bargain on the price).

Студия хорошего качества. Приличная душевая, хорошая кухня, отличный холодильник и телевизор последних моделей.
Очень отзывчивая хозяйка, во всём помогает (думаю, что можно поторговаться за прайс).
