The apartment has been recently renovated, has air conditioning, and is completely free of damp and mold. The landlord is excellent! The apartment is in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the beach, with many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Rent: 8,500,000 VND/month for a 3-month rental, plus security deposit. Temporary residence registration is available for foreigners.
