I am subletting an apartment, 4-month contract. Discount for the first month: 3 million VND. After that, 10.5 million VND per month. Cleaning once a week. On the 1st floor there is a coffee shop and a pool; on the roof, a terrace. 2 minutes' walk to the sea; plenty of shops and cafés around. Drinking water available, TV available, good internet. Bike parking available. Quiet area, though in the city center.
