Subletting a studio in an apartment hotel in Son Tra, An Hai, Le Van Quy. The studio is small but brand new; we were the first residents and are forced to leave for personal reasons. I am looking for a person to move in from September 30 to October 3. The contract runs until December 8 with the possibility of extension. Located on the 3rd floor with a pleasant view from the window. It has a washing machine and dryer, which is very helpful during the rainy season. There is no mold or cockroaches. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and a microwave. The air conditioner works perfectly, allowing for comfortable sleep at night. The area is quiet with no construction noise. The building is new, having started renting out units only last month. There is a rooftop pool with a good view. The friendly owner speaks English well. Rent: 12 million VND/month + one month's deposit. Security and cleaning fee: 400k VND/month (200k VND/month for cleaning, optional). Electricity: 4,200 VND/kWh. Water: 100k VND/month per person.
