Two-level studio in north Nha Trang

We rent two two-level studios in a three-storey house that is already rented. North Nha Trang, 2 km from Oceanus. We are on the 3rd floor. A quiet, clean area among greenery and fragrant flowers. Each studio has a bed with a comfortable mattress, toilet, kitchen, wardrobe and a new inverter air conditioner. Each locks with a key. The mezzanine can be set up as you like: for rest, reading and creative work. Floor 1 has access to the terrace; floor 2 has its own balcony, stove and fridge. Shared area: a large covered terrace with a kitchen and all the necessary appliances. Space for flowers, decor and your own ideas. On the roof there is a terrace with a view of the mountains and sunsets, which can be set up for romantic evenings, yoga and hobbies. We are looking for kind, free-spirited roommates who value a safe space where they can be themselves, express themselves freely and expect mutual respect. Rent: 6 million VND per month per studio. Deposit 10 million VND, contract 5 months. Wi-Fi, hot and cold water (solar heater) and common-area lights are included. Studio electricity is charged by meter.
