Studio in Nha Trang, 6M VND/month, 1 month

I am subletting a studio in Nha Trang from 20 November to 20 December. The location is shown in the photos. I am renting out a cozy studio for one month. All necessary furniture and the kitchen are included, so you can move in and live there right away. Rent per month: 6,000,000 VND (about $230). I originally rented it for 8,800,000 VND ($340), so I am offering it significantly cheaper. Rental period: from 20 November to 20 December. All furniture and the kitchen are included. No deposit and no security deposit. Rental strictly for one month. Payment by QR code (QCode) or in cash if you are in Da Nang. For your peace of mind: I have been living in Da Nang for over a year myself. We can meet in person or talk by video call so you can make sure I am a real person.
